About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or any of our services. Site Sorted is a trading name of Site Sorted Agency Limited (“we”, “us”). We work with businesses, so these terms are written for business customers.
Our services
- Free site check: a plain-English review of your current website. It’s free, with no obligation to buy anything.
- Website rebuild: a new website for your business for £279 per site.
- Ongoing care: hosting, security, updates and changes on request, from £19 a month.
Before we start, we’ll confirm in writing what’s included, the price and when you can expect your site.
Prices and payment
Our prices are in pounds sterling. Before we start, we’ll confirm in writing the total price, including any VAT, and when payment is due. Ongoing care is billed monthly, and we’ll confirm how to cancel it when you sign up.
Your content
You’re responsible for the information and materials you give us, such as your logo, photos and wording, and for making sure you have the right to use them. You give us permission to use them to build and run your website. Please let us know if anything we publish for you is inaccurate.
Your website and domain
The content you give us, like your logo, photos and wording, stays yours. Before we start, we’ll confirm in writing who owns your website design and domain, and what happens if you stop ongoing care.
Search engines and AI assistants
We build every site to give you the best chance of being found on Google and recommended by AI assistants. But we don’t control search engines or AI tools, so we can’t guarantee particular rankings, recommendations or enquiries.
Changes and fair use
With ongoing care, you can message us with changes and we’ll make them. Small updates, like new prices, opening hours or photos, are included. Bigger pieces of work, like new sections or features, may be quoted separately. We’ll always tell you before any extra cost.
Our responsibility to you
We’ll provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise, we’re not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or business, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Using this website
The information on this website is for general guidance. We may update it at any time. Examples marked as illustrative are made-up businesses used to show what we do.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will deal with any dispute.
